Welcome! My name is Kelsey Lowder. I was born and raised right in the heart of Tennessee. I am a mother of two children. I have had a hospital and home birth experience that have both been such a blessing to my life and story. If I'm not in the birth room you'll definitely find me at home cooking, cleaning, and crafting with the kiddos or out hiking a trail.

Throughout my first pregnancy and birth journey I knew I wanted what was best for my daughter and I. To do this I felt I had to begin educating myself on anything and everything pregnancy, baby, and birth related. Through this journey I was able to find self-love, empowerment, and a purpose. Nothing I have come across has sparked such deep passion as the birth world, and I hope to share that empowerment and passion with other women.

Over the time women have been stripped of their God given rights to birth. Many have been made to feel incapable and fearful. I am here to hold your hand and show you this power is yours, all you have to do is reach for the stars.

Every birth journey is unique. Every mother has her own special wants and needs. I am here to learn about, to teach, to hold space for, and to support her every step of the way. I look forward to joining you on this incredible journey of bringing life earthside.

Birth Doula Add On Offers:

  1. Pampered prenatal / postpartum +$125

    • Includes a foot soak, foot rub, emotional support, organic tea (2 hours)

    • Wonderful for any mother needing extra support through anxiety, fear, trauma, or simply needing extra relaxation.

    2. Freezer / Meal Prep +$150

    • Need extra help preparing meals for pregnancy and postpartum- this is the add on for you!

    • You purchase the groceries and I will prepare the snack and meals in your home home

    • Need me to grocery shop for you? Give me the list and I’ll have you covered start to finish. (+$50)

    • Kitchen clean up included

    • 2 meals and 1 snack for the freezer (minimum 2 hours of service)

3. In home yoga / meditation for womb connection +$125

  • Connect to your inner wisdom through guided breathing exercises, meditation, and stretches to prepare your mind and body for labor. (1 hour)
