No. A doula does not replace your doctor, midwife, or medical team. A doula works alongside your providers to offer emotional support, education, comfort measures, and advocacy during pregnancy and birth.

Star Keepers supports freebirthing mothers full heartedly! None the less a birth keeper is NOT a medical provider. A birthkeeper is a spiritual and emotional support person during pregnancy, labor, and postpartum.
