Increased Milk Supply: Some believe that placenta consumption can help boost milk production due to its rich content of prolactin, the hormone responsible for milk production.
Hormonal Balance: The placenta is rich in hormones like estrogen and progesterone, which could help restore hormonal balance after birth.
Increased Energy: Many women report feeling more energized after consuming their placenta, possibly due to its nutrient profile.
